"I just finished taking a HEDIS Certification course with Kim
being the instructor. All I can say is….WOW!!! This lady is ridiculously smart
and efficient. I didn’t expect the personal attention I received while taking
the online class. I had questions and was hesitant about emailing Kim, but I
knew that was the only way I was going to learn. She ALWAYS responded immediately
to my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering her. There were
over 60 people taking the online class and she made me feel like I was the only
person. Kim wants everybody to succeed with this course. She not only made this
course easy and fun, she will continue to be there for you in the future with
any questions you have regarding HEDIS. Anybody would be lucky to take the
HEDIS course under the instruction of Kim. I know I feel lucky. Thank-you Kim,
