This is a good basic training for anyone who wants to train as a clinical documentation specialists or HEDIS professional. I am an RN with master's in informatics.

Great high level course. I would like to see this training based on Commercial vs. Medicare vs. Medicaid specific. It would be nice to focus on all the hybrid measures for Medicaid for example if that is all I'm interested in. The biggest benefit of this training are the various chart examples - more of those please. Thanks.

I just finished taking a HEDIS Certification course with Kim being the instructor. All I can say is….WOW!!! This lady is ridiculously smart and efficient. I didn’t expect the personal attention I received while taking the online class. I had questions and was hesitant about emailing Kim, but I knew that was the only way I was going to learn. She ALWAYS responded immediately to my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering her. There were over 60 people taking the online class and she made me feel like I was the only person. Kim wants everybody to succeed with this course. She not only made this course easy and fun, she will continue to be there for you in the future with any questions you have regarding HEDIS.
